Farm In A Box: Small Footprint Agriculture

Farm In A Box is a fully engineered, turnkey micro-farm system designed to be shipped anywhere in the world. Every component arrives inside a compact 6 ft x 6 ft x 6 ft wooden crate, organized in the exact order it will be used during installation. Based on the proven Crop Circle Farm model, this system empowers growers challenged by space to grow fresh, chemical-free food locally while using minimal water, fertilizer, land, and labor.

What's In The Box

Contents are packed in step-by-step sequence for on-site installation.

  • 15-15 x 300-foot ground cover sheets folded and layered on top of one another to fit inside the box
  • 3 - 500-foot lengths of 2-inch diameter flexible poly irrigation tube coiled to fit one on top of another in the box
  • 700 irrigation tube marine grade stainless steel u-fasteners
  • 1 gas powered post hole drill with 3-foot extension
  • 1200 Root Tubes
  • 1200 Crop Circle Irrigators
  • 2000 feet of ¼ inch poly irrigation tubing coiled to fit into the box
  • 5,000 assorted irrigation connectors
  • 1,500 feet of flexible 1-inch feed line to supply irrigation to secondary grow areas, namely; (1 Crop Circle Vine Garden, 6 Crop Circle Gardens, 2 Tomato Volcanoes and 1 Crop Circle Raised Garden)
  • 2 marine grade stainless steel Tomato Volcanoes that includes 2 specialized irrigation nozzles
  • 16 panels and pins that assemble a 10-foot diameter circle shaped raised garden with specialized irrigation assembly
  • 3 Root Tube planters with plant caddys
  • Irrigation assembly tools
  • 3 Irrigation timers

Root Tubes & Crop Circle Irrigators

The system is designed for rapid deployment and ease of installation. Once the crate arrives on-site, components are unpacked in logical sequence. First, the fasteners and ground covers are unloaded to prepare a clean, stable worksite and establish the weed-suppressing base. Next, the tools and proprietary self-fertilizing root tubes are installed. These tubes deliver nutrients and water directly at the root zone, allowing plants to develop faster and produce higher yields while using far less resources. Finally, the smart irrigation system is assembled, including Crop Circle Irrigators, three-way nozzles, and programmable timers.

An Operational Footprint Of Less Than Half An Acre

A Farm In A Box can be fully installed in approximately three weeks by a trained crew and requires only one to two people per season to operate. Once assembled, the entire farm has an operational foot print of less than half an acre. This compact design makes it ideal for island communities, schools, resorts, eco-retreats, or urban farmers who want to grow high-value crops in a small, controlled footprint.

Grow Anything, Anywhere

The system supports a wide range of crops including vegetables, leafy greens, herbs, flowers, and premium specialty crops. Because plants receive optimal moisture and nutrients directly at the roots, they focus on growth and harvest rather than developing large underground systems. This improves yield, reduces labor, and ensures consistent production. The farm operates under regenerative, drill-don’t-till, and chemical-free practices, protecting soil health and biodiversity

Multiple Advantages Over Tractor Pull Agriculture

Farm In A Box delivers significant improvements over conventional farming systems that rely on tractors, heavy machinery, and large land areas. Designed for efficiency, sustainability, and rapid deployment, it eliminates many of the high-cost, high-risk challenges found in traditional agriculture.

  • Uses up to 90% less water thanks to root-directed irrigation and moisture retention systems.
  • Reduces fertilizer use by up to 85% with self-fertilizing root tubes and organic nutrient delivery.
  • Requires minimal labor - only 1–2 people per season compared to large tractor crews and field labor.
  • Rapid return on investment (ROI), typically within 1–3 years depending on crop type and market.
  • Compact footprint under half an acre, ideal for urban lots, resorts, islands, and rural communities.
  • Modular and scalable - can be expanded easily using additional kits without heavy equipment.
  • Closer to consumers - can be deployed near urban centers or distribution hubs to reduce imports, shipping delays, fuel costs, and supply chain risks.
  • No dependence on tractors or diesel, eliminating soil compaction, fuel costs, and mechanical maintenance.

By replacing large-scale tractor farming with a smart, modular growing system, Farm In A Box makes high-yield agriculture accessible anywhere; sustainably, affordably, and with dramatically lower risk.

Ideal For Small Commercial Growers Challenged By Location

This system is ideal for individuals or organizations focused on food security, farm-to-table programs, tourism developments, disaster relief, education, nonprofits, and small commercial growers. It provides a scalable pathway for economic opportunity, community resilience, and local food independence. Farm In A Box is more than equipment in a crate, it’s a complete farming solution designed to produce a lifetime of harvests.
